Estimated time: 2.5+ hours. All prices are starting prices. The final price depends on the vehicle's size, condition and the labor it needs: excessive pet hair, staining, odors, mud, trash or contamination can add to it, and Rob will tell you before any extra work is done.
Premium questions
What's the difference between Limited and Premium?
Limited is a thorough maintenance-style clean. Premium takes substantially more labor and attention, to bring back a vehicle that needs a deeper reset.
Will every stain come out?
Every stain that can be treated will be, but complete removal can't be guaranteed. Some stains or contamination need specialized treatment.
Is pet-hair removal included?
Standard vacuuming is included, with some pet-hair removal. Excessive or embedded pet hair may be an additional charge.
Does Premium include carpet and upholstery deep cleaning?
Premium includes deeper cleaning and light stain treatment. Heavily soiled carpets, extensive extraction, severe stains or specialized treatments may need an additional service, such as steam carpet extraction.
How long does a Premium detail take?
Plan on 2.5 hours or more. It depends on the vehicle's size and condition, and Premium takes more time than Limited because of the deeper cleaning inside and out.
Is Premium right if my vehicle hasn't been detailed in a long time?
Yes. Premium is built for vehicles that have collected significant dirt and buildup and need a thorough reset before moving to routine maintenance.
Can I become a member afterward?
Yes, and it's what Rob recommends. Once Premium has the vehicle back in great condition, Membership keeps it there.
