Before you book
Do you come to me?
Yes. Élite Motor Atelier is mobile: Rob brings the detail to your driveway or wherever the vehicle is parked, so you don't drop anything off or wait anywhere. If a service needs water or power at your address, he'll agree that with you beforehand.
Which areas do you cover?
Hoschton, Braselton, Flowery Branch and Oakwood, Georgia. Élite Motor Atelier is based in Hoschton. If you're close by but not sure your address is in range, call or text (770) 778-5152 before you book.
How do I book?
Online, in a couple of minutes: pick the package, your vehicle type and a day. No account is needed and no card is taken to book. Membership and ceramic coating are set up by phone, text or email instead.
When are appointments?
Wednesday to Sunday. The first bookable day is tomorrow, and you can book up to 60 days ahead.
What happens if it rains?
Rob may move the appointment. Rain, severe weather and unsafe temperatures can stop a mobile detail being done properly, and he'll offer you another time.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Give at least 24 hours notice by phone, text or email.
How should I get the vehicle ready?
Take out valuables and anything important, make sure the vehicle is there at the appointment time, and mention any damage, delicate surfaces or modifications you already know about.
Can an AI assistant book for me?
Yes. Booking is AI-friendly: an assistant such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok can open the booking page and book for you, with no account or card needed. It will need your name, phone and email, the package and whether the vehicle is a car, truck, SUV or minivan, your address and where the vehicle will be, and a day that suits. Check the day, time and package it picks before it submits.
