What's the difference between Limited and Membership?
Membership maintains a vehicle that is already clean. Limited is for vehicles that need additional attention before they're ready for routine maintenance.
Does Limited include stain removal?
Light spot cleaning may be included. Heavier, set-in or widespread staining may need Premium or a specialized stain treatment.
Does Limited include pet-hair removal?
Normal amounts of loose pet hair are handled during vacuuming. Excessive or embedded pet hair may be an additional charge.
Can I join Membership afterward?
Yes. Once your vehicle meets the maintenance standard, Limited is a good way into monthly service.
Is the $175 price guaranteed?
$175 is the starting price for a car. The final price depends on the vehicle's size, condition, contamination and any additional services you ask for.
What if my vehicle is too dirty for Limited?
If it needs substantially more cleaning than Limited covers, Rob may recommend Premium, and he'll talk it through with you before any additional work is done.
