Protect your paint. Elevate your finish.
Ceramic coating is a long-term protective treatment that bonds with your vehicle's exterior and leaves a durable, water-repellent layer.

Why a ceramic coating
Unlike traditional waxes and short-term sealants, a professional ceramic coating lasts longer, and adds gloss, slickness, water beading and easier washing for as long as it does.
5Rated for up to five yearsHow long it actually lasts depends on how the vehicle is used, the weather it sees, and how it is maintained and washed.
- Exceptional gloss and paint depth
- Extreme water beading
- Water and dirt repellency
- More resistance to chemicals
- Protection from environmental contamination
- Some protection from light swirls and minor surface damage
- Easier maintenance washes
- Longer-lasting than traditional waxes and sealants
Excellent for daily drivers, luxury, performance and enthusiast vehicles.

What's included
Every coating starts with getting the paint properly ready before the coating ever touches it. Depending on the vehicle, the process can include:
- 01Thorough exterior hand wash
- 02Wheel and tire cleaning
- 03Chemical decontamination
- 04Iron removal
- 05Mechanical decontamination when necessary
- 06Paint inspection
- 07Panel preparation
- 08Paint correction, when selected or required
- 09Ceramic coating application
- 10Indoor curing period
- 11Final inspection
8 to 12+ hours, with an overnight cure
Ceramic coating takes thorough decontamination, surface preparation and careful application. Vehicles are usually kept overnight so the coating can cure properly before it is handed back. Paint correction can stretch the service to one or two days or more, depending on the paint.
Correct it. Perfect it. Then protect it.
A ceramic coating protects the surface underneath it. It doesn't repair it.
Swirl marks, scratches, oxidation and other paint defects can still show after coating. Where the paint has imperfections, paint correction may be recommended first, and Rob inspects every vehicle before installation to tell you.

Curing and aftercare
Proper curing and maintenance are how you get the most from a coating.
First 12 hours
- The vehicle must stay completely dry
- Avoid rain, sprinklers and moisture
- Do not wash the vehicle
- Avoid touching the paint
First 7 days
- Do not wash the vehicle
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Remove significant contamination carefully, if you must
After the cure
- Hand wash regularly
- Use a pH-neutral car soap
- Avoid automatic brush washes
- Wash and dry with proper technique
- Keep up regular maintenance
Ceramic coating questions
How long does the ceramic coating last?
The coating system is rated for up to five years. How long it actually lasts depends on how the vehicle is used, the weather, maintenance and aftercare.
How long does the coating need to cure?
The vehicle has to stay completely dry for at least 12 hours after application, and it shouldn't be washed for at least 7 days.
Do I need paint correction first?
Not necessarily. Every vehicle is different: the paint is inspected before installation, and correction is recommended only if imperfections would spoil the finished result.
Can you ceramic coat a brand-new vehicle?
Absolutely. New vehicles can still have light swirls, contamination and other marks from transport, dealer preparation and handling, so the paint is inspected and properly prepared before coating.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
No. It adds resistance to light surface damage and swirl marks, but it does not make paint scratch-proof.
Will I still need to wash my vehicle?
Yes. A ceramic coating makes a vehicle easier to maintain, not maintenance-free.
Can I use an automatic car wash?
Hand washing is recommended. Automatic brush washes can put swirl marks and scratches in any paint, coated or not, and can shorten the life of the coating.
Does ceramic coating prevent water spots?
It helps water leave the surface, but minerals can still leave spots if dirty or hard water is left to dry on the vehicle.
Can you maintain the coating for me?
Yes. Membership is a good fit for owners who want a ceramic-coated vehicle professionally maintained on a regular schedule, and the Élite detail is built to work with coated finishes.
How much does ceramic coating cost?
It's quoted per vehicle, because the size of the vehicle and the paint correction it needs set the price. Send the form or call or text Rob for a quote.
